A full-business teardown, not a checklist. I review your operations and procedures, scripts, trainings, org chart and job descriptions; your sales structure and outreach plan; your website’s ability to convert visitors into form fills and calls; and your marketing spend and structure. You get a findings report and a prioritized action plan — and you’ll know exactly where the money is leaking before we ever discuss a bigger engagement.

I’m Will Barton. Over 20+ years in the medical, wellness, and fitness space I’ve opened and operated more than 50 businesses across eight states — including founding Options Medical Weight Loss, scaling it from the ground up, and exiting to private equity.

Today, Will Barton Ventures is a boutique practice for cash-based clinic owners: MedSpas, medical weight loss, concierge medicine, and longevity clinics. I don’t sell theory. I install the same systems I used to build a national company — and I only take a few clients at a time.

What does a MedSpa consultant actually do?

A MedSpa consultant diagnoses why a busy practice isn’t profitable and fixes the underlying systems: sales process, front-desk conversion, membership retention, provider productivity, pricing, and operations. At Will Barton Ventures that starts with a full audit and ends with installed systems and a trained team — not a slide deck.

How long does the MedSpa audit take?

Seven to thirty days depending on the complexity of your practice. You receive a findings report and a prioritized action plan you can execute with or without us.

What’s the difference between advisory and fractional COO?

Advisory means I work alongside the owner — you run the team, I guide the strategy and systems. Fractional COO/CEO means I manage the team directly and own execution. Both are ongoing engagements, and we limit how many we take on at once.

Do you work with new MedSpas or only established ones?

Both. For pre-launch and early-stage practices we build the systems right the first time — sales process, memberships, training, org structure. For established MedSpas we find the leaks and fix them.
