I'm Will Barton. Over 20+ years in the medical, wellness, and fitness space I've opened and operated more than 50 businesses across eight states — including founding Options Medical Weight Loss, scaling it from the ground up, and exiting to private equity.

I also founded MyGevity — a longevity platform built around biological-age testing, biomarker analytics, and physician-formulated longevity supplements. So I don't just consult on longevity from the outside; I've built the science and the business behind it. Yes. For pre-launch and early-stage practices I build the systems right the first time — brand, sales process, memberships and pricing, training, org structure, and outreach — so you open with a real operating playbook instead of figuring it out live.

What's the difference between advisory and fractional COO?

Advisory means I work alongside the owner — you run the team, I guide the strategy and systems. Fractional COO/CEO means I manage the team directly and own execution. Both are ongoing engagements, and I limit how many I take on at once.
